The game. Santa Rush: Christmas Puzzle is a winter sliding-puzzle game available for iOS and Android. By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms.
License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game on your own devices. All content of the game (code, graphics, levels, texts) belongs to the developer; you may not copy, resell, decompile or redistribute it.
Free version and ads. The game is free to play and the free version shows advertising served by Google AdMob.
Purchases. A one-time in-app purchase permanently removes all ads on the store account that made the purchase; a separate purchase adds hints. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their own terms; refunds are handled by the respective store's refund policy. Use "Restore purchases" in the game to restore the no-ads purchase on a new device.
Fair use. You may not use cheats, automation or exploits to disrupt the game or its services, and you may not use the game for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty. The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
Changes. We may update the game and these terms; the current version is always available at this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
